Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Methods
- Logistics cooperation:using USPS, FedEx, UPS and other mainstream carriers, remote areas may be charged extra.
2. Processing & Delivery Time
- Order Processing:Delivery within 24-72 hours on working days, 7-10 working days for customised products.
- Shipping Time:5-9 working days for standard shipping, 1-2 working days for expedited shipping (extra charge).
3. Compliance Statements
- All retractable gates and fences comply with US CPSC regulations (16 CFR 1239) and ASTM F1004 safety standards, CPC certification documents are provided with the shipment.
Return & Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility
- Return Period:Returns and exchanges can be requested within 30 days after signing for delivery, original packaging and labelling must be retained.
- Non-Returnable:Customised products, goods that have been installed and used, or goods that have been artificially damaged.
2. Return Process
- Application process:Contact customer service to submit the order number, submit a return request, and send a prepaid logistics label after approval.
- Time limit for refund:processed within 3-5 working days after receiving the returned goods, and the original payment method will be returned.
3. Exchange & Repair
- Quality problem:free repair or replacement within 1 year, inspection report is required.
- Shipping cost:The buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost for non-quality return or exchange, and we will be responsible for the shipping cost for quality problem.
