You are responsible for the hand-off loading the product from the end of the truck, curbside. Shipment is unsafe for lift-gate. The product is shipped unassembled and the individual pieces weigh no more than 20-25 lbs so that they can be easily managed during hand-off loading. You may choose “Pick Up In Store” if you prefer to have your order shipped to your local Home Depot Store.
